International recruitment consultancy named as one of Britain’s ‘Top Employers’ for the third consecutive year.

8th April 2008 – International recruitment consultancy Huxley Associates has been named as one of Britain’s ‘Top Employers’ for the third consecutive year.

Huxley Associates was delighted to find out that it had placed 14th in the Britain’s Top Employers 2008 book above many household names including ASDA, John Lewis Partnership, Oxfam and IBM UK ltd. This accolade reflects the importance Huxley Associates places on creating a fantastic working environment for its employees.

The judges from the Corporate Research Foundation, the organisation that decides decided which 78 companies deserve to be featured in the book, base their decision on criteria including pay and benefits, employee relations and corporate social responsibility.
