Enhanced Candidate Matching Service from Jobserve

JobServe, the world’s first online recruitment company, has seen a significant increase in the number of applications made by job seekers through its web site following the introduction of next generation matching software.

Figures for October 2006 show that the company has for the first time processed over 900,000 job applications in a single month and in five of the last six months it’s exceeded the 800,000 mark.

Alchemy, the name given to the award winning technology, was developed in house and is patented by the Essex based firm. Alchemy analyses the behaviour of job seekers using the web site - searches made, locations and jobs applied for, are all taken into account along with CV content - it then offers candidates any new jobs advertised by recruiters that closely match their individual pattern.
