At minimum, we are required to prove their eligibility to work in the UK, and gain references from their previous employers. For some clients, we also check that they have the necessary skills and experience, perform Credit Checks and CRB (Criminal Record Bureau Checks). You will not be expected to know the full pre-employment screening process, nor will you be expected to have performed this function before; but a keen interest in the recruitment industry, and in the use of e-tools will go a long way. Training will be provided for all aspects of this service. |
